IMMIGRATION ASSISTANCE

Our Immigration Assistance program supports individuals with preparing applications for their immigration benefits in the United States.

IPPS immigration assistance program is certified by the New York State, and we take great care of our new Americans, welcoming to their new home. As a part of our affordable program to help new immigrants, our team can provide help in filling out your immigration documents, collect supporting documentation, process and send submission packages to the federal agency on your behalf. This way, aside from our paralegal support for the attorneys, the IPPS Group team provides affordable support for individuals that have the need, but sometimes not the means to support their cases financially.

With accuracy and trust, IPPS is here for you to provide excellent preparation and organization of your family-based or employment-based applications, and guide you through the entire process, which could sometimes be overwhelming, especially in current challenging times.

Upon your request, we can also provide trustworthy referrals for the interpreters, translators, attorneys, or law offices that could assist you further, and successfully navigate and complete your case, or prepare certain documents needed.

We specialized in preparing any correspondence, letters, and additional documents, therefore helping you file some of the most frequent petitions, among others:

  • Adjustment of Status (I-485 and related USCIS forms),
  • Employment Authorizations (I-765),
  • Advance Parole and Travel Documents (I-131),
  • Extension of Status (I-539),
  • Change of Address (AR-11),
  • Naturalization (N-400),
  • Waivers (I-601),
  • Non-Immigrant Visa (DS-160),
  • Asylums and Withholding of Removals (I-589),

and many other applicable forms and documents.

Our professionals can also help you prepare applications for non-immigrant visas, Form I-160, drafting requests and letters, and other types of correspondence and documents that you might need to succeed in securing your immigrant or non-immigrant status in the United States.

All you need to do is to contact us with your request to fill your necessary forms and documents for submission, send relevant documentation, and make a one-time initial consultation fee on the Contact Us page of our website, and make an Online Payment.

FEES EXPLAINED

IPPS Group is dedicated to providing excellent services, with affordable prices and transparency in the fee schedule that we have. To meet your current needs, consultation fees are sliding scaled i.e. from $10 to $150, depending on the amount of work your immigration matter requires. However, if you do not have the ability to make such compensation, we will be willing to assist you regardless. You can contact our specialist for additional information and referrals and detailed fee structure for your immigration matter.

The consultation fee sometimes covers all costs for your needs, and it will cover the initial examination of the forms you wish to file by our immigration form specialists, documentation, translations, excluding filling your forms, or making payments for your medical exams. In addition, please keep in mind that the consultation fee does not include USCIS and any other related fees that will be necessary for your application. If our specialists presume that your case needs to be referred to the attorney, we will promptly make referrals and arrangements to assist you as IPPS Group collaborated with renowned attorneys in this field, with high standards and great results.
